1. CAAM will be the one-stop for the application of all permits for unmanned aircraft operations. This online portal has been established to facilitate applications for such permits. CAAM will process and coordinate with other relevant agencies on the evaluation of applications, and respond to the applicants on the outcome of their application for any permit.

2. Applications should be submitted at least 2 weeks before the intended date of operation to allow sufficient time for processing of the permit(s) required. The expected processing time is 5 working days for an Activity Permit and 10 working days for the Operator and other permits. This assumes that the documents are received in good order and that the    payment of application fees is made. More processing time may be needed in more complex applications where there is a need for separate meetings, demonstration flights or extensive clarification.

3. Please ensure all mandatory fields are filled. Indicate "NIL" where applicable.

4. Applications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
